The pain-signal lead engine.

Job postings are pain signals. A scraper reads who is hiring for manual ops work, scores the pain and prices the pitch from the salary they posted.

The problem

Which companies feel the manual-work pain hard enough to pay to remove it? Guessing from a directory is slow. The companies themselves publish the answer: a job posting for exactly the work automation replaces.

How it works

  • Scrapes job boards for operations roles at target companies; breadth of queries, not pagination, because pagination silently lies on some boards.
  • Each company gets a pain signal and a pitch angle derived from the posting, and the posted salary becomes the pricing anchor.
  • Findings compile into a designed report. Run economics are written down: which board is clean at one credit per page, why quoted phrases over-restrict.

// no outreach happens from the report; it is a research artifact a person acts on

The result

First run: 39 qualified companies, 25 top tier, $1.09M a year of visible payroll for the pain, for about $2 of scraping credits.

Your version of this exists.

Different industry, same shape: a repetitive workflow, a fragile spreadsheet, an inbox someone babysits. Tell me what the manual work looks like and I can usually name the first build in one conversation.
